An integrative program for sustainable healing and nervous system support.
When Pain Stays is a science-informed, heart-centered program designed for people living with chronic pain who feel like they’ve tried everything. Blending pain neuroscience, yoga, mindfulness, and self-inquiry, this retreat-style experience helps you better understand your nervous system, build a sense of safety in your body, and reclaim your life—even if pain is still part of your story.
The program debuts in January 2026 with a live retreat at the Himalayan Institute, with future offerings to follow in online and self-guided formats.
Ogoing community support for graduates of When Pain Stays
Healing doesn’t end when the program does. Thriving Through It is a biweekly virtual gathering space for When Pain Stays participants who want continued support, connection, and practice as they integrate what they've learned into daily life.
Together, we explore what it means to live with presence, purpose, and compassion—even when pain is still part of the story. Through gentle practices, guided reflections, and shared conversation, this community helps you stay grounded in the work and connected to others walking the path alongside you.
