A free workshop to help you understand your pain, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
Most people living with chronic pain are never given the full story. When your tests come back “normal,” it’s natural to wonder if the pain is “all in your head.” But what you feel is real — and it deserves to be understood.
This workshop offers a clear, empowering way to understand your pain from a nervous-system perspective. You’ll learn why pain can persist, how the brain interprets danger, and simple, gentle tools to support healing from the inside out.
Beginner-friendly, trauma-informed, and open to all bodies
